Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Courtyard Loop uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the GDPR and the Belgian ePrivacy rules.
How Courtyard Loop works (important)
Courtyard Loop is a private, not-for-profit notice board for families of The Courtyard International School of Tervuren. It is not a shop, marketplace operator or commerce platform. Its only role is to help two individuals find each other so they can exchange second-hand school uniforms and books. Every exchange, hand-over and any payment happens directly between the buyer and the seller, off the platform and at their own risk. Courtyard Loop is not a party to those arrangements and gives no guarantee about the availability, quality, condition, safety or delivery of any item. Courtyard Loop cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered, for money that is lost, or for any dispute between users. Please deal only with families you trust and check items before paying.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, such as staying signed in.
Essential cookies (always active)
These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. Courtyard Loop uses: • Authentication/session cookies (Supabase) — keep you securely signed in. • A consent cookie — remembers your cookie choice. Under the ePrivacy rules these strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Analytics & marketing cookies
Courtyard Loop currently uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If this ever changes, such cookies will only be placed after you accept them.
Your choices
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of any page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them.
